FAQs – Payment


Once you are ready to purchase your items, you may pay for the order upon checkout.

We accept the following modes of payment:

1. Direct Bank Transfer – BDO and BPI
2. Credit Card
3. Debit Card
4. Gcash
5. Grabpay
6. Cash on Delivery – Limited to transactions with a value of P3,000.00 or below

Cash on Delivery is a payment method that allows the customer to pay for the item upon delivery.

For your convenience, we highly encourage you to prepare the exact amount as there may be times where our Logistics team will not have sufficient change.

Cash on Delivery is available for transactions with a total value of P3,000.00 or below.

We will never ask for down payment, wire transfers, or other payment options under COD.

Our bank account details can be found before, or after you place your order.

Kindly make your payment directly into our bank account using your “Order Number” as the payment reference. Take note of the following steps down below:

1. Deposit your payment to our bank account.
2. Take a screenshot or a photo of your Proof of Payment.
3. Go to Account, then to My Orders. Look for your order then click “View” button.
4. Upload the copy of your Proof of Payment and provide additional information. Press the “Enter” key afterwards.

Please take note of the following reminders:
a. Payments must be made within 30 minutes from your last “Add to Cart”. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
b. Your order will not be shipped until the payment has been verified by our team. This process will take at least 1 business day.
c. If you manage to lose or forget our bank details, please feel free to contact our chat agents for assistance.

Only 1 payment option may be used per transaction.

Payment failures may occur due to the following:
1. Wrong Payment Details
2. Network and Server Issues
3. Credit Limits

If you want to continue with your purchase, you may view your pending orders in My Orders at the top right of the screen. Transactions may still be paid within 24 hours from checkout.

We do not accept credit card instalments at this time.

Homeoffice will always give you an invoice of your order along with your delivery.

Yes, the Sales Invoice may be addressed to your company. To do this, please enter your company name in your Billing details upon checkout. Once you have paid for your order, we may no longer revise the invoice.

We highly advise the customer to take a screenshot of their payment as proof of purchase.
